PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Multnomah County officials have new details pertaining to the accidental release of the man accused of murder earlier this week.
On Tuesday, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office and the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Ty Sage, 26, who is accused of second-degree murder and other charges, was "erroneously released" from jail on Monday.
Sage is accused of shooting and killing 15-year-old Lowgunn Ivey in 2021.
