NEOSHO, Mo. — Missouri American Water on Wednesday announced it has signed an agreement to purchase Neosho's water and wastewater systems for $34.5 million, and submitted the request to the Missouri Public Service Commission, which must approve the sale.

The Neosho City Council unanimously approved the sale last month. ×
