SALINE TWP., MI — A computer data center development firm and landowners have filed a lawsuit against a rural community near Ann Arbor over a recent decision not to rezone agricultural land for a 2.2-million-square-foot facility a tech giant could use.

The actions of the Saline Township board “constitute an arbitrary refusal to permit a legitimate and economically feasible land use,” Natalie Ravitz, spokesperson for Dallas-based development firm Related Digital, said in a statement.
