SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- The return of fall also brings the return of the City of Syracuse's Mile Marketplace.
On Saturday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the outdoor market will take place along the Onondaga Creekwalk in Lower Onondaga Park, located at 655 Onondaga Avenue.
Hosted by the City of Syracuse Department of Parks and Recreation, the event will feature vendor booths from local artisans, crafters, food trucks, small businesses, and non-profit agencies.
Activities and games suitable for all ages will also be available during the market.
A free Yard Tree Giveaway for property owners in the City of Syracuse will take place. Property owners will be eligible to receive up to two trees per address to plant in their yard. Expect a variety of species to be offered in the giveaway,
