ROBINSON, Texas — Raccoons described as sick have been safely collected by state officials, according to the Robinson Police Department.
The department said Wednesday they received calls of unwell raccoons in the 700-800 block of S. Robinson Drive. Upon investigation, officials were able to safely wrangle them and send them to get their health checked.
Robinson PD provided the following recommendations on social media:
Do NOT approach any raccoons that appear sick, disoriented, or are acting unusually tame or aggressive.
Keep pets away from any wild animals.
