ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions opened the week of practice with a walkthrough on Wednesday.

A walkthrough means the practice report consists of estimated participation designations. The Lions listed left tackle Taylor Decker (shoulder), edge rusher Al-Quadin Muhammad (knee), safety Daniel Thomas (forearm) and running back Sione Vaki (groin) as non-participants.

Linebacker Derrick Barnes (knee) was a limited participant. And cornerback D.J. Reed (cramping) was a full participant. Reed also dropped the knee injury designation that made him questionable for Monday Night Football’s win over the Baltimore Ravens.

The new additions to track here are Muhammad and Barnes.
