Xavier Worthy might be making his return this weekend.

The Chiefs wide receiver was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, setting him up to return on Sunday against the Ravens, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter .

Worthy has been out since Week 1 after he dislocated his shoulder during Kansas City’s season-opening loss to the Chargers in a collision with tight end Travis Kelce.
