Xavier Worthy injury update: Chiefs WR shows sign he's on track to play in Week 4

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy has missed the past two games due to a shoulder injury, but he appears on track to return in Week 4.

Worthy failed to turn in a full practice in each of the past two weeks after suffering a torn labrum in Week 1 following a collision with teammate and tight end Travis Kelce.

But there was a major update on Worthy's status on Wednesday after practice. Now, it looks like the former first-round pick is slated to suit up this Sunday.
