Fans just got a new look at Marvel's Wolverine , complete with an official release date and the confirmation of a few infamous villains. Insomniac first announced that it was working on a game starring Wolverine back in 2021, but there had been very little officially revealed until now.

A new trailer for Wolverine was shown during the September 2025 PlayStation State of Play , highlighting Logan and many other characters. It begins with Logan (voiced by Australian actor Liam McIntyre) narrating about how trouble always finds him, before jumping into a montage of gruesome combat. This trailer also revealed that Marvel's Wolverine will launch on PS5 in Fall 2026
