ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Atlanta News First is hosting a free town hall on one of Atlanta’s most pressing issues: public transportation.
The free event, in partnership with the Center for Civic Innovation, will focus on how MARTA can meet the moment, a debate over building out rail lines along the Beltline, and exploring what transportation options are rising to the surface outside the perimeter in Cobb and Gwinnett counties.
The event is being held in the 350-seat auditorium at the Central Library in downtown Atlanta on October 7. The program starts at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m. The program will run to approximately 90 minutes.
