For the second day in a row, the Colorado football program found some success in recruiting.

On Wednesday, CU and head coach Deion Sanders landed a verbal commitment from three-star receiver Christian Ward.

A day earlier, the Buffs got a verbal commitment from four-star defensive lineman Emanuel Ruffin. The Buffs now have 13 players in the 2026 class.
