The September soggies are just about over. We're ending this wet stretch of weather with one final round of showers before we go into a long dry stretch as we slip into October.

For tonight, we've got showers and isolated thunderstorms to contend with this evening. Showers should shut down for most areas by midnight, but will likely persist east of Hwy. 63 through sunrise Thursday.

Where clouds thin out, we could find some fog with low clouds also filling back in to start the day on Thursday.

As a whole, Thursday looks pretty nice with much of the day offering up a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures are looking warmer, too, with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
