GLASGOW, Ky.- Opening day for the Chick-fil-A in Glasgow is right around the corner, and for owner-operator Sarah Jane Cobb, it’s a full-circle moment.

Cobb began her journey with the company at just 15 years old, working part-time in a Chick-fil-A restaurant. After college, she pursued a career in journalism before returning to the brand that had helped shape her early work experience.

“Whenever I think about the little 15-year-old that was working in the restaurant, now I consider their career and what it’s going to look like,” Cobb shared.

Though the road to becoming an owner and operator was challenging, Cobb says choosing Glasgow as the home for her business was an easy decision.
