Indiana safety Louis Moore, the Hoosiers' leading tackler, will be eligible to play the rest of the season after a judge in Texas ruled in his favor and against the NCAA following an hours-long hearing Wednesday afternoon.

Moore, a transfer from Mississippi who also played for the Hoosiers in 2022 and 2023, had been eligible on a temporary basis for the first four games of the season as his lawsuit played out. He has 23 tackles, two tackles for loss and two pass breakups. His two interceptions are tied for the team lead.
