CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Caddo Parish DA's office announced the indictments for five in four separate sexual assault cases where juveniles were violated.

Dustin Cates, 18, of Shreveport has been charged with first-degree rape, indecent behavior with a juvenile, and nonconsensual disclosure of a private image. An investigation revealed that Cates had sexually abused two juveniles over a period of one year.

Arthur Green, 47, is charged with first-degree rape for a sexual assault involving a juvenile family member.

MacGreger Kyle Baird, 55, is charged with two counts of first-degree rape, indecent behavior with a juvenile and sexual battery. Caddo Sheriff’s state Baird engaged in illegal sexual behavior with a child he knew over an extended period of time.
