FARGO — North Dakota State University reports another year of steady fall enrollment and growth in key areas, which it said is in part a reflection of its strategic priorities.

NDSU announced that 11,952 students are enrolled this fall, the exact number it reported in both 2024 and in 2023.

Prior to 2023, fall enrollment had steadily declined each year since reaching a high of 14,747 students in 2014, according to previous reporting by The Forum.

Seinquis Leinen, NDSU senior director for strategic enrollment management, said in a statement: "While it may seem surprising to have identical enrollment three years running, our enrollment data is carefully tracked and verified."
