MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man is dead after a shooting in Frayser on Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Officers responded to a suspicious person call at Saint Elmo Avenue and Point Church Road around 1:49 p.m.

According to police, they found a man who had been shot and was pronounced dead on the scene.
