Video recordings released through open records show Oklahoma County Sheriff’s investigators interviewing State Superintendent Ryan Walters after two board members claimed nudity appeared on a television in his office during an executive session of the State Board of Education on July 24.
Walters denied ever seeing nudity and described the allegation as “the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life.” He told investigators the screen showed “two people talking” before he shut it off.
Walters said board meetings are tightly scheduled and come with heightened security.
