Labour Minister Jean Boulet is launching an investigation within his department into the leak of a sensitive document.

On Tuesday, Québec solidaire MNA Alexandre Leduc got his hands on a draft of Boulet’s upcoming bill on union dues.

The draft states that the Legault government is considering allowing union members to opt out of financial contributions to union activities “that are not directly related to labour relations.”
