NEW DELHI: The main accused in the recent BMW accident case, in which a senior finance ministry official died, told a Delhi court on Wednesday that her car did not hit the official's motorbike. The statement was made by Gaganpreet Makkad's counsel during the hearing of her bail plea before judicial magistrate first class Ankit Garg. The judge directed the investigating officer to produce CCTV footage and related documents on Thursday.
