A federal judge has sentenced 41-year-old Timothy Darren Proctor of Baltimore to 130 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, after a jury convicted him on firearms and drug trafficking charges.
In October 2024, a federal jury found Proctor guilty of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute and carrying a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
According to trial evidence, Proctor was discovered on July 10, 2021, unresponsive in a parked car in Temple Hills, Maryland.
When officers approached, they found him slumped behind the wheel with the windows up and the doors locked.
