The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday named a 15-member squad for the test series against West India commencing from October 2.

Shubman Gill named as the Captain to lead the Test series, while Ravindra Jadeja named deputy in Indian Test team for two-match home series against West Indies.

Karun Nair and Abhimanyu Easwaran dropped, Devdutt Padikkal included for Test series against West Indies.
