As part of the celebration of the Jewish New Year, Jews take part in a ritual aimed at casting off the previous year's sins. On Wednesday, an activist group that supports a Palestinian state gathered to urge Democratic Rep. Dozens of people stood together Wed. night, lining the sidewalk separating the street from Brush Creek, across from the district office of Rep.
