A video showing a group of people attacking a car passing through a crowd near a bridge is being widely shared on social media, where users have claimed that it shows people demonstrating against the Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) in poll-bound Bihar .

Users have added that after the recent anti-corruption protests in Nepal , which started in the first week of September 2025, Indians too have risen up against the government.

But...?: The claim is false , as the video is from Jakarta, Indonesia , and not Bihar, as claimed.

How do we know?: We carefully watched the video and noticed that the number plates on the two-wheelers in the video did not follow the typical numbering pattern often
