PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - The suspect in a deadly shooting in Pueblo pleaded guilty Wednesday to manslaughter.

Pueblo County deputies arrested Moses Wagner , 49, on July 2 after reportedly finding him with a fake license plate and illegal window tint.

During an investigation, Pueblo police officers said they found enough evidence to arrest Wagner for the death of Victoria Brandon Delira-Alires, a 39-year-old woman who officers found dead with a gunshot wound on June 29.

According to the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, Wagner pleaded guilty to Manslaughter and is set to be sentenced on Nov. 25 at 8 a.m.
