The Delhi High Court has raised objections to Priya Sachdev’s demand for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in the ongoing inheritance dispute involving the estate of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur , reportedly valued at around Rs 30,000 crore.
The case concerns Kapur’s children from his marriage with actor Karisma Kapoor — Samaira and Kiaan — and his widow, Priya. During Thursday’s hearing, Justice Jyoti Singh questioned whether assets could be filed under a sealed cover and restricted by an NDA.
