Bhubaneswar: Rain is set to spoilsport this Durga Puja with fresh back-to-back low-pressures areas hovering over Odisha.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a low-pressure area is likely to form over North and adjoining central Bay of Bengal during the next 12 hours. Moving nearly westwards, the system may concentrate into a depression over northwest and adjoining westcentral Bay of Bengal off South Odisha- North Andhra Pradesh coasts on September 26 and cross South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts the following day. Heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is likely in South Odisha on September 26-27. The IMD has issued an orange warning for Koraput, Malkangiri and Nabarangpur districts. There is also a yellow warning of heavy rain for the districts of Raya
