Parents are being encouraged to "check now" as they could be missing out on support worth over £560. It has been revealed by experts that more than 120,000 families are not claiming free school meals.
These meals are provided during the school day, and some children may also be entitled to help during the holidays. However, eligibility is based on your income and whether you receive certain benefits.
