New Delhi: Reigning Indian Super League champions Mohun Bagan and their traditional rivals East Bengal were clubbed in the same group for the Super Cup on Thursday.
Chennaiyin FC and Real Kashmir are the other two teams in Group A of the tournament that kicks off on October 25 and will be held in two Goan venues.
On the opening day of the 16-team competition, East Bengal take on Real Kashmir followed by Bagan’s clash against Chennaiyin.
The marquee Kolkata Derby will be held on October 31 with the group stages matches stretching till November 6, followed by a break for international match window from October 10-18.
The semi-finals and final will be held after the international break by November 22.
