Sean “Diddy” Combs returns to court Thursday for a hearing on his defense motion to vacate his conviction or set a new trial on the prostitution-related charges a jury convicted him of in July.
Judge Arun Subramanian plans to listen to arguments from lawyers on points of law as to the prostitution-related charges, which could help him decide a sentence for the Bad Boy Records founder.
Both sides are expected to have about 20 minutes to present their arguments.
