Northern Colorado’s Kaelen Dulany has been named the Big Sky Conference men’s golfer of the week, the conference announced Wednesday.

Dulany earned the award after winning Air Force’s Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational Sept. 20-22 in Colorado Springs. Dulany shot a 54-total of 202 (70-68-64), placing him in top five for lowest 18-hole scores and top two for lowest 54-hole scores in UNC golf history. Dulany’s eight-under par 64 with nine birdies was the lowest individual round of the tournament.

Dulany is a junior from Keller, Texas.

“Kaelen has been a key asset to our team, and this recognition is a well-deserved acknowledgment of his commitment to excellence,” UNC golf coach Clayton Sikorski said. “Congratulations to Kaelen, and we look forward to more of his continued success.”
