While today will not be a washout, keeping a rain jacket handy to be prepared for the on-again, off-again nature of today's showers. Highs this afternoon will make it into the lower 80s.

Friday will feature more sunshine but will also have the chance for a few showers in the early afternoon hours. Highs tomorrow will also reach into the lower 80s.

Saturday and Sunday both look great! A small chance for a shower on Saturday, Sunday will remain dry. Highs for the weekend will be in the lower to middle 80s.

Next week the forecast will depend more on what happens with the tropics. We could see a landfalling system in the Carolinas which could impact our weather here across the valley by bringing in more clouds and slightly cooler temperatures by mid week. Keep checking back as we get a litt
