Kristan Eaton has been named senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Freeman Health System.

She has more than 20 years experience, having served in human resource leadership roles across a variety of health care settings during her career. Most recently, she served as executive director of human resources for Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. ×
