ITV Studios America, the company behind series such as Apple’s Michael Douglas-fronted Franklin , is behind folded into ITV America .

The move will see all scripted and unscripted development and production now falling under ITV America, which is behind series such as Peacock’s Love Island and is run by CEO David George.

As a result, Philippe Maigret , President & Managing Director, ITV Studios America will exit at the end of this year. He will continue to work with the company on certain projects including exec producing Formula 1 drama One , which comes from joint venture Bedrock Entertainment, and is in the works at Prime Video. Maigret has been with the company since 2015.
