The westbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) ramp to westbound I-10 will be closed for 24 hours starting Saturday night, according to a news release from the Arizona Department of Transportation.

ADOT advises drivers to plan for the closure of the 202 ramp to westbound Interstate 10 (to Phoenix), scheduled to be in place from 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, near Chandler for pavement maintenance.

DETOUR: Westbound Loop 202 drivers may consider exiting at Kyrene Road or 40th Street and using Chandler Boulevard to access westbound I-10.

ADOT advises drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
