RED LION - Uniformed officers and residents lined the streets Thursday morning outside a funeral home in York County amid light rain as caskets for three detectives killed in the line of duty were loaded into hearses by teams of their colleagues.

Additional officers in camouflage were poised on the rooftop of the Wagner-Elfner & Burg Funeral Home in Red Lion for security.
