Allen Park — A day after Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell said that second-year cornerback Terrion Arnold could see a diminished role in the wake of some early-season struggles, defensive coordinator Kelvin Sheppard shed some light on the matter.

While the Lions would certainly like to see better performances from Arnold, Sheppard said the decision is more about finding extra playing time for cornerback Amik Robertson.
