OpenAI has announced ChatGPT Pulse, a new feature that delivers daily updates tailored to each user.

Instead of waiting for people to ask questions, Pulse proactively pulls together information based on past chats, memory, and user feedback. It’s launching in preview for Pro users on mobile (those paying $200/month). Sadly, Plus users aren’t getting access to this new feature yet.

Each night, ChatGPT does background research and creates a set of visual cards with relevant updates for the next day. These might be follow-ups on ongoing conversations, quick dinner ideas, or reminders linked to longer-term goals like preparing for a race. Updates refresh daily, though users can save cards by adding them to chats or asking for more details.
