An elderly man allegedly touched someone in a sexual manner outside a west-end business on Monday.

He knocked on the window of the victim’s vehicle in the 200 block of Wellington Street West. The person was touched after rolling down the window, police say. No consent was given.

Florindo Bruni-Pagnotta, 81, was charged with sexual assault.

Court date for the accused is Nov. 24.
