DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Essentia Health announced plans Wednesday to reopen the Essentia Health-Hermantown Clinic.

The urgent care will reopen on Monday, Sept. 29, and is located at 4855 W. Arrowhead Rd.

Officials at Essentia Health say it’s able to reopen after improvements in staffing and available space at the clinic.

The news comes nearly two years after the Hermantown urgent care closed at the end of October 2023, due to staffing shortages.

The urgent care will offer care from 3-7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
