Vanderbilt’s surge in the win column and national rankings over the past two seasons has not gone unnoticed on the home front.

The No. 20 Commodores (4-0) may not play in front of a sellout crowd Saturday when they host Utah State, but a less-than-packed house quickly has become the exception to the rule.

Vandy sold out its first two games at FirstBank stadium (capacity 35,000) this season, and has already sold out two more — against LSU on Oct. 18 and Auburn on Nov. 8. At that point, the Commodores will have sold out at least nine of their last 12 home contests dating back to the 2024 season.

“We want to see that sustained, and we’re enjoying it,” Vanderbilt coach Clark Lea said.
