One of the state’s beloved high school gyms will host its first high school varsity basketball game in 17 years in December.
The 75-year-old Tyson Auditorium in Versailles, once home to the Versailles Lions and later the South Ripley Raiders , along with other schools in Ripley County, including the famous 1954 Milan state champions, will host South Ripley’s boys’ basketball game against North Decatur on Dec. 6.
