A judge has denied bond to a West Virginia man accused of causing a fatal crash in April while driving under the influence of drugs.

Roy Jesse Mongold Jr., 44, of Fisher, is charged in Shenandoah County General District Court with involuntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter while under the influence, driving under the influence of drugs, a first offense, and possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Alysia M. Coffelt, 28, of Strasburg, died at the scene of the three-vehicle crash in Shenandoah County the morning of April 25.
