U.S. again will try woman on immigration charge after 2 hung juries in Syracuse

Acting U.S. Attorney John Sarcone told a judge today that he intends to try for a third time to convict a Honduran woman of a minor immigration charge in Syracuse.

Two juries have been unable to decide whether Doris Aleman-Bonilla is innocent or guilty of a felony charge of reentering the country illegally after being deported.
