Police charged a 21-year-old from Brockton with impaired driving, dangerous driving and two counts of flight from police Wednesday.
South Bruce OPP got an impaired driver complaint in Brockton about 4:54 p.m. and located a driver, who then fled the traffic stop at high speed, a police news release said.

“Police continued to receive additional driving complaints about this vehicle throughout the area, driving at high speeds and into oncoming traffic. The vehicle was later located the vehicle at a residence along Bruce Road 1 where an arrest was made,” the release said.
The driver also faces charges of driving while under suspension and driving, a Highway Traffic Act offence, and driving with liquor readily available, an offence under the Liquor Licence and Control Act
