The Transportation Safety Board says it is sending a team of investigators following an accident involving a small plane in Lillooet, B.C.
The board says in a statement that the crash involved a privately registered Bushmaster Super 22 aircraft.
It says the accident happened on Wednesday but did not provide any additional details.
It is unclear if anyone was injured or killed in the accident, and BC Emergency Health Services and RCMP did not immediately respond to requests for more information.
The board says its investigators will gather information and assess the occurrence of the accident.
Lillooet is located about 250 kilometres northeast of Vancouver.
