EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) said an armed prolific criminal was arrested on September 20 in Cimarron Hills.
EPSO said deputies spotted a Chevrolet pickup truck towing a Dodge Ram stopped in a westbound traffic lane near Meadowbrook Parkway and Woolsey Heights in the Cimarron Hills around 7:45 a.m.
Inside, deputies said they saw a male and female passenger inside who they said seemed to be unconscious, with several syringes visible on the center console.
EPSO said deputies repeatedly announced “Sheriff’s Office” and knocked on the windows, but they did not respond.
Upon opening the driver’s door, deputies said the driver identified herself as 39-year-old Allison Ciaramitaro and the passenger as 42-year-old James Neeley.
