FLORENCE, Ore. A 26-year-old murder suspect who was mistakenly released from the Multnomah County Jail on Tuesday was arrested earlier today in Florence, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
MCSO officials said that 26-year-old Ty Sage was indicted by a Multnomah County grand jury on May 13, 2025 on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree robbery. Court documents show the charges stemmed from an incident that happened in December 2021 in Multnomah County in which Lowgunn Ivey was killed during an alleged robbery.
