STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Aldi has expanded its delivery options as a part of the chain’s broader initiative to improve affordability for consumers.
The discount grocery retailer is partnering with Uber Eats to serve customers nationwide from more than 2,500 stores, including locations throughout the New York City area and on Staten Island.
The two Staten Island Aldi’s are located at 3285 Richmond Ave. in Eltingville and 430 New Dorp Ln. in New Dorp.
The collaboration was announced Thursday and makes Aldi the first grocery partner on Uber Eats to accept SNAP-EBT payments immediately upon launch, providing greater accessibility for low-income households seeking affordable grocery delivery.
