Law & Order is officially back with its Season 25 premiere , “Street Justice.” Season 24 had its ups and downs, but for me, one of the best parts of the year was Sam Maroun’s personal struggles and how Odelya Halevi turned them into some of the strongest performances we’ve seen since the revival.
